Looking back at the end of each year, one tends to recall only its negative events and catastrophes. This is not our view of the world. We prefer to concentrate on the positive, following the motto "the glass is half full or half empty". Every crisis creates new, previously unseen opportunities. During their long histories, many veteran companies have frequently undergone difficult periods, only to learn from them and survive. The collective mastering of difficulties by management and employees together demands sweat and motivation. The result is often a strengthened team that is best equipped to surmount new obstacles.
Our New Year´s resolution for 2010 is focussing on our customers and together we will make the new year successful. We thank you for your cooperation in 2009 and wish you and your families a festive holiday season and a happy New Year. Together, we will do it again!
